01

Confirm the actual supply

Do not infer the supply solely from the destination country. Confirm voltage and frequency at the equipment. For three-phase systems, distinguish line-to-line voltage and neutral requirements. Treat 380V, 400V and 415V as distinct rated conditions.

02

Distinguish selectable taps from simultaneous outputs

Clarify whether “380/415V” means selectable input taps. For “24/230V”, state whether the voltages are selected alternatively or used at the same time. Simultaneous outputs require per-output current or VA and any common-terminal requirement to be specified.

03

Use the frequency shown on the nameplate

Follow the rated voltage and frequency on the nameplate. Do not assume a 60Hz-only design is suitable at the same voltage on 50Hz. If both frequencies are required, specify 50/60Hz during the quotation review.

04

Check the nameplate and approved drawing together

The approved specification should align voltage, rating, frequency, terminal markings and connection requirements. This guide is not a wiring instruction. Actual installation must follow the product-specific drawing and review by qualified personnel.
